The National Church of England Academy could be the perfect home to a regular drama school. The drama studio is a large carpeted warm room, with a small stage and lighting at one end of the room and a projector/whiteboard at the other end. A classroom wing which contains the Drama studio also has several large classrooms which could be hired out as a bundle. This would provide a self-contained area ideal as a base for weekly classes & rehearsals.
